We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is customer-obsessed to join our team as an HR Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to employees and managing various data administration tasks through various channels and ensuring the delivery of exceptional HR services. Your primary focus will be ensuring employee satisfaction, maintaining accurate employee records, and processing transactions across the employee life cycle.
Main tasks:
- Ensuring efficient and effective HR Services delivery through an eco-system of providers (i.e. talent acquisition, employee on-boarding and off-boarding support, employee relationship inquires, people and organizational data management, HR report management).
- Support in driving change initiatives in area of responsibility, often across several/all HR functions and involving business/service leaders.
- Support of other HRIS/Business Process initiatives, e.g. contributing regional or topic expertise and aspects, playing a key role in the roll-out in assigned countries.
- Admin management locally: work closely and support in the service management of outsourcing service provider, ensuring quality operations and cost efficiency.
- A contributor in HR projects assigned which need interfacing with colleagues from other regions and global. Also ensuring continuing of existing operations.
- Ensure the HR compliance internal and external in assigned countries (Employee Handbook, HR process, HR policy, Employee Agreement, GDPR, internal and external audit).
- At least 5 years of experience in the Human Resources and Administrative field,
- Experience in full HR functions is preferred; otherwise, must have at least 3 core HR areas such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, or HRMS, eg. SuccessFactor, SAP - PS4, Expensya, People Doc, Docusign, Payroll systeman
- Proven experience in Talent acquisition, Compensation and Benefits.
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred,
- Analytical skills and fact based decision ability.
- Self-directed with an ability to organize, plan, prioritize.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a global environment, working flexibly where required.
