Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support for acute / spot-buy client opportunities.
- Work closely with TMG Account Executives to manage order follow-ups and address any issues or variances.
- Handle client communications, including order and artwork approvals, vendor follow-ups, advanced shipping notices (ASNs), and final delivery confirmations.
- Track data and orders, ensuring all relevant team members, including the warehouse, are updated with order notes for domestic and international follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth coordination of vendor and client interactions for successful order completion.
