We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. Duties
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients and staff.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and manage office supplies inventory.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Perform data entry tasks, including typing and proofreading documents.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support financial operations by using QuickBooks for invoicing and bookkeeping.
- Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and conducive to productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as a Dental Receptionist or similar position.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accuracy in records.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
