Hemphill is proud to lead the search for an Executive Assistant to support the Owner and President of a successful wealth management firm in Lincoln. This is a key position focusing on keeping the president organized, helping to prioritize their day and ensuring smooth, easy interaction with the team.
- Be proactive and take initiative to reach out to clients to schedule and coordinate meetings on behalf of the President.
- Review meeting dictations, assign tasks to team members based on their expertise, and ensure accountability by following up to confirm tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Work across departments facilitating clear communication on behalf of the President to ensure everyone is on the same page and understands expectations.
- Manage a variety of projects that drive the overall organizational goals and initiatives.
