Controller

HHM Talent is assisting a client search for a Dealership Controller for their auto group based in North Palm Beach, FL.

This position is full time and on site. Relocation assistance is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and dealership group standards
• Monitor and reconcile all schedules and ensure accurate reporting of dealership financials
• Ensure timely submission of manufacturer financial statements and compliance with factory requirements
• Coordinate year-end audits and support tax preparation activities
• Monitor cash flow, banking activities, and floor plan management
• Stay current with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all state and local tax returns, including sales and use tax
• Support and uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
