Attorney, EC/VC Associate (Mid-level)

Job Description

This is a career-transforming opportunity for a driven mid-level EC / VC attorney looking to get hands-on experience with emerging clients on sophisticated transactions such as corporate structure, capital raising and financing, commercial matters, intellectual property matters, mergers and acquisitions and other exit transactions.

You will be working side-by-side with the practice group leader and directly with the founders of your start-up clients, all under the wing of an experienced EC partner who is invested in your success.

The ideal candidate will possess :

• 3 years of experience in corporate governance and counseling, representing early-stage brands in capital raise transactions, including private offerings and financing from various investors, with additional expertise in public company matters, capital markets, and M&A.

Compensation

Base : $160,000 - $190,000 (with an upside of $250,000 on total compensation)

Salary : $250,000
