Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Server and Bartender to join our team at Hendersonville Country Club. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a memorable experience for our members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during events and banquets.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience waiting on tables, preferably with Fine Dining background.
