Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist with banquet events as needed, ensuring timely service and coordination with event staff.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as necessary.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with health standards.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service while maintaining quality.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience is preferred, particularly in nightclub or high-volume settings.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must possess a valid food handling certification or be willing to obtain one upon hiring.
