Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fine dining environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through expertly crafted beverages and engaging interactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and build rapport, enhancing their overall dining experience.
• Utilize OpenTable for reservations and manage guest flow effectively.
• Upsell drink specials and menu items to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Assist with bussing tables as needed to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Proficiency in math for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Experience in fine dining settings preferred, with knowledge of upscale beverage offerings.
• Ability to sanitize work areas effectively to maintain health standards.
• Sales-oriented mindset with experience in upselling products.
• Familiarity with cash register operations is advantageous.
