Henkels & McCoy is seeking an Administrative Assistant for its Kapolei, HI location. This position is part of a team of two that team covers the reception desk, including phones, incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining the office supply closet, and some Data Entry.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors
- Open, stamp, and sort all mail
- Order and monitor all levels of supplies
- Answer incoming company inquiry calls
- Distribute incoming faxes
- Receive Fed/Ex and UPS deliveries
- Monitor and maintain visitor badges and guest log books
- Assist staff and supervisors with administrative needs/ special projects as required
- Maintain and issue PNC bank statements
- Assist with overseeing security gates, camera, and front reception

Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative experience.
- At least 2 years of experience working with MS Excel
- At least 1 year of experience working with MS Word
