Role and Responsibilities
This individual is expected to lead and understand all build aspects for jobs and assign work to all shop employees. This employee will work closely with the shop manager and assist with daily tasks.
· Work with project manager and shop manager to coordinate delivery schedule of material
· Oversee day to day work on all projects
· Service calls
· Assists in repair, construction, maintenance or other tasks involved in customer jobs.
· Review work completed to ensure it measures up to quality standards
· Enforce all health and safety policies in the shop
· Ensure all deadlines are met
· Address and resolve customer issues and complaints
· Inspect and clean shop equipment
· Operate shop machinery
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· High school diploma or GED required
· Warehouse, factory, or shop experience required
· Managerial or supervisory experience required
Preferred Skills
· Ability to read prints and recognize any miscalculations on mechanical drawings
· Ability to read pneumatic piping diagrams and mechanical drawings
· Able to interact with customers
· High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with overs
· Proficient with basic safety standards
· Capable of supervision
· Strong leadership skills
· High level of analytical ability

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
