Accounts Payable Analyst (Remote)

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst for our client’s expanding department.

Key Responsibilities :

• Invoice Processing & Payment Cycles : Perform specialized duties related to invoice processing and payment cycles, ensuring payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Documentation & Compliance : Scan and organize documents to maintain proper audit trails, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley key and non-key controls.
• Vendor Relations : Maintain effective communication with vendors and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving payment issues.
• Cross-Training : Roles will rotate every other week for cross-training purposes to gain experience in various tasks.
• Payment Proposals : Assist with daily payment proposals and handle bank change verifications and updates.
• Investigate Discrepancies : Review and investigate discrepancies in invoices and follow up with the business line to resolve outstanding issues.
• Auditing Support : Provide support for 3rd party audit activities as needed.
• Record Keeping : Maintain organized and accurate files, including scanning and archiving as necessary.

Pay Range : $40.00 - $45.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
