Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job duties, responsibilities, and required / desired skills during intake meetings.Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.Review resumes and credentials for skills, experience, and alignment with job requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruiting process.Prepare candidates for interviews by providing comprehensive information on the company, role, and expectations.Extend offers of employment to selected candidates in compliance with company policies.Stay up-to-date with the latest recruiting trends, techniques, and industry best practices.Maintain accurate candidate documentation in the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure audit readiness.Advise on staffing and recruitment policies and ensure alignment with company processes.Required Skills and Experience : Proven track record of handling high-volume recruiting and partnering with hiring managers to plan for staffing needs.Ability to learn new recruiting techniques, processes, and tools quickly.Strong adaptability and flexibility in managing competing demands.High level of professionalism when handling confidential information.Ability to quickly assimilate technical information and develop solutions to meet business needs.Expertise in mining online databases and utilizing various internet recruiting tools.Preferred Skills : Certifications in the field such as AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.Experience with Kenexa Brass Ring or similar applicant tracking systems.Required Experience : Solid recruiting experience in core Engineering disciplines, including Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems, and Computer Science.Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions at a national, multi-location level.Extensive experience with full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, candidate qualification, networking, legal / compliance, and closing candidates.Proven ability to maintain well-organized documentation within an ATS.Preferred Experience : Aerospace, Defense, or Automotive industry experience.Recruiting for specialized Engineering fields such as Electronic Warfare, AI / ML, RF, Cyber, and Power / Battery Systems.Experience recruiting for Program Engineering Managers within the Defense industry.Experience recruiting candidates with various levels of DoD clearances.Required Education : Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of directly related experience, or additional experience in lieu of a degree.Benefits : Health Insurance401kPay Range : $47.00 - $52.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from HEPCO, Inc and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
