Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Analyst to support their program team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, have strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. In this role, you'll be instrumental in assisting with the execution of daily administrative tasks, managing calendars, preparing reports, and supporting various aspects of program operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily administrative tasks related to the customer program as directed by the program manager and team members.
- Maintain calendars for multiple members of the program team and coordinate scheduling of meetings and program events.
- Take meeting minutes, format them into detailed reports, and distribute accordingly.
- Create written communications, presentations, and statistical reports in line with program requirements.
- Transfer and manage data from Excel spreadsheets into the BAE Systems EFIR database.
- Collect, format, and submit weekly reports.
- Interact professionally with internal and external customers, ensuring effective communication.
- Meet regularly with the program manager to align on needs and priorities.
- Develop and improve processes to streamline and support program functions.
- Provide support for office moves, new hire onboarding, and termination closeouts.
- Prepare conference rooms and assist with technical review events.
- Greet visitors and coordinate security access for customers.
- Maintain a predictable and regular work schedule.
- Foster and maintain effective working relationships within the program team and external stakeholders, specifically within the Red River Army Depot Partnership.
- Perform additional tasks as necessary.

Experience & Education Requirements:
- Required: High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of related experience.
- Each higher-level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s or Master’s) may substitute for two years of related experience.
- Degree must be from an accredited institution recognized by the US Department of Education.
