As an Administrative Assistant, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our office, reporting directly to the General Manager. This role emphasizes strong computer skills and clerical experience, as you will handle various administrative tasks, including data entry, handling initial customer contacts, classified text ads and public notice formatting, mail processing, entering work orders into software, supply management, proofreading, inside sales, and miscellaneous office tasks as needed. Your customer service expertise and organizational skills will ensure effective communication and support for both staff and clients. With proficiency in Google Suite, you will contribute to maintaining an efficient work environment, making you a vital part of our team.
Full-time position weekdays.
