Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with employee onboarding, including paperwork and orientation
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Coordinate training sessions and safety programs
- Help with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews
- Respond to employee inquiries and assist with HR-related issues
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 - 3 years of HR experience or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws (preferred)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (a plus!)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
