The Inside Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in driving business growth at Hercules OEM. Reporting to the Director, Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing clients via product and service knowledge.
You will act as a client liaison, providing technical assistance to customers and taking ownership of resolving customer issues in collaboration with internal departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sealing solutions and experience dealing with B2B customers.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong math skills and proficiency in MS Office. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
