We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee relations. This is an in-person position, with the possibility to become hybrid. Experience with BambooHR is a plus!!
Duties
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Assist in organizational design initiatives to optimize workforce efficiency
- Manage data collection and analysis for HR metrics reporting
- Support strategic planning efforts related to human capital management
- Conduct succession planning activities to ensure organizational continuity
- Implement change management strategies to support organizational growth
- Position will participate in Quality Assurance activities as required to ensure program compliance and quality of service delivery.
