Position Summary
The inside sales representative will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Understanding customer needs and requirements. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. ISR will also be responsible for creating sales orders and assisting General manager with other administrative duties as needed.

- Coordinate information between operations, sales and service.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your territory.
- Conduct yourself in the presence of customers to present the core values at HFI Arrow Industrial.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and other shipments and faxes.
- Receive incoming telephone calls and in-person visitors, provides assistance, and directs them to the appropriate office or person.
Qualifications
Education and / or Experience
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
No certifications are required however having a Notary is a plus
