What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Branch Manager position at Heritage Bank?
Job Description:
Candidates applying for this position should have a general knowledge of bank products and services. A willingness to contribute to branch/bank growth by cross selling and/or referring bank products is essential. Individual’s should be a self-motivated team player with an attention for detail. Future advancement to Branch Manager is available. Position will include consumer and real estate lending duties. Those applying should also be able to provide bank customers with superior customer service while maintaining bank and customer confidentiality. Compliance with bank policies and procedures along with state and federal laws/regulations is required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-3 years banking experience
Sales Skills
Flexible and able to adjust to change
Good verbal and written communication skills
