Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Deliver refined service and answer menu questions to create a memorable dining experience.
- Verify identification to ensure minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption.
Requirements
- New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
- Ability to work on your feet in a humid kitchen environment for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 10 pounds frequently.
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
- 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience; high volume and/or fine dining experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience/training.
