Who You Are
You’re an experienced licensed veterinary technician with a strong ability to lead. You understand the importance of clear communication, positive energy, and being hands-on when needed. You’re organized, proactive, and ready to make a meaningful difference—for our clients, our patients, and our team.
What You’ll Do as the Site Manager: you’ll be the bridge between clinic staff and leadership, responsible for ensuring a seamless, caring experience for every client and patient. You will:
- Lead clinic operations and support staff scheduling.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and coordinate maintenance needs.
- Address staff feedback and elevate concerns to leadership as needed.
- Approve timecards, coordinate vacation/sick coverage, and manage new hire onboarding.
- Jump in to assist with front desk, tech tasks, or anywhere you’re needed.
- Support and coach team members through training and development.
- Report weekly clinic updates and KPIs to the leadership team.
- Participate in leadership meetings and facilitate regular staff check-ins.
- Promote a culture of accountability and team engagement.
- Ensure the clinic meets or exceeds its financial and service goals.
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of veterinary experience.
- Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) required.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.
- A passion for creating a positive and supportive work environment.
