Responsibilities
- Utilize recruiting tools and platforms such as Lever and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to source and attract IT candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific IT roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in the recruitment process
- Implement succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified IT talent for future needs
- Utilize systems like Workday, PeopleSoft, or other HR software for recruitment activities
- Manage internal recruiting processes efficiently
Experience
- Proven experience in technical recruiting within the IT industry
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and methodologies
- Familiarity with ATS systems and tools like Lever for efficient candidate management
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
