Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Charity Hero Fundraising team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and fostering strong relationships with charities, schools, teams, and organization fundraising campaigns. As an Account Manager, you will develop effective strategies and implement our fundraising opportunities for organizations enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Research, develop and maintain strong relationships with charities, organizations and accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct warm calling to engage potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close campaigns effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
Requirements

***This position is based remotely in your direct area, but there are opportunities to advance to regional and national management. Entry level acceptable, sales background required. 80% remote - work from home. Must have knowledge and involvement in your community.

Pay: $52,341.00 - $75,237.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
