The Herschend Family Stockholder Relations Manager, located in Vinings, GA provides critical support to the entire Herschend Family, which includes 69 individuals across 4 generations living in 29 households in 8 states. The family has multiple shared operating and investment interests in North America and is active in charitable giving. This position provides daily support as the executive assistant to Herschend’s Executive Chair & Elmwood Management’s co-CEOs (based in Atlanta & Missouri) and to two other family office executives (based in Arkansas and Arizona). Additionally, this position directly supports family governance systems including three boards of directors, an owner's council, a family council, multiple key external and internal stakeholders, and a well-developed professional support team. This position serves as a “hub” for individuals with different degrees of engagement (daily, monthly, annually) with various family systems. The primary need is for a person with a servant’s heart to come alongside our family office team to pragmatically love and serve our family - someone who is precise with details, persistent with follow-up, patient with family, and outstanding as a communicator.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide & enable support communication to, among, and on behalf of the family
- Plan and execute family meetings
- Coordinate reimbursements per family governance
- Protect the family’s privacy while ensuring transparency within the family systems
- Work across entities, understanding different stakeholders
- Project management of all family meetings (2 large 2 small annually) and board meetings (for two family office entities)
- Oversight & coordination of multiple family calendars
- Maintain up-to-the minute family tree & family contact information
- Serve as family connection with operating business for family and special guests (theme park tickets, hotel reservations, attractions reservations, etc)
- Provide technical (and emotional!) support to family members who need assistance accessing family information eg password resets, minor technical support
- Manage executive calendar, travel, reimbursements, mail, donation requests, and additional administrative tasks
- Manage key external commitments such as participation on other boards and conferences
- Serve as the consistent, daily presence in the office
- hospitality & hosting proficiency – virtual, in-person, and conference settings
- proficient with secure cloud technology (Google Workspace and Microsoft 365)
- excellent phone, written & professional communication skills
- significant, successful event planning & execution experience
- budget awareness for events and other office administration costs
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Notary Public required
- Paralegal or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- domestic travel: 5-6 trips per year related to family meetings
