Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job): Lead and supervise stewarding staff; hire, schedule, train, motivate, and counsel all staff on a department that operates twenty four hours a day seven days a week.* Maintain sanitation, safety, security and quality standards and proactively create programs to address shortcomings. Work closely with maintenance to ensure that repairs are reported and done in a timely manner.* Purchase all cleaning supplies for the F&B department and china, glass, silver and smallwares.* Ensure that quarterly inventories or when business needs demands, are conducted and results are compiled and reported accurately.* Work closely with culinary leadership to ensure that the Stewarding department complies with all timelines to ensure all food is delivered at the appropriate time for catered events.* Transport equipment, trash, and employees on and off property by driving company box trucks and golf carts.* Assist with payroll, glass, china, silver and smallwares budgeting and ensure that these budgets are adhered to.* Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of related experience. Industry Experience - Food & Beverage, Hospitality/Tourism Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience. 18 years of age or older. Completion of high school or GED Must possess a valid driver's license Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Skilled in the use of Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. Proficient working with details on a daily basis for prolonged periods of time. Salary : $47,000 - $67,000
