Customer Service Representative
Starting Pay: $15/hr. with *UNLIMITED* Bonus Potential and step increases at 6 months and 1 year of service

About This Role
As our Customer Sales Representative, you’ll be the friendly face greeting our customers and ensuring a smooth car rental transaction. You’ll be responsible for offering optional products to enhance each customer’s rental experience and also handle phone inquiries, address customer concerns, and guide customers through the rental transaction.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work all required shifts - Evening shift and weekend availability required.
- Excel at solving problems with precision, speed, and a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills including data entry, typing, and experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Enjoy working closely with fellow team members & customers
