National school furniture company seeks highly motivated, confident and persuasive Regional Sales Manager with experience in building strong professional relationships to grow the lucrative territory of Northern and Western New Jersey. We are seeking an individual with strong work ethics and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must be organized, detail oriented with excellent communication skills both written and verbal and have the ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere ensuring efficiency of projects from start to finish. Having strong presentation skills with the ability to initiate a sale and carry it to closure is required.
Candidate will be responsible for:
· Creating strong client relationships
· Maintaining and enhancing existing relationships
· Developing new business opportunities
· Participating in trade shows where you will be meeting perspective clients/prospects and following up with them post show to set-up meetings
· Demonstrating and explaining the features, advantages and benefits of our products and solutions
· Working closely with clients to assist with the selection of the appropriate product that will meet their specific needs
· Traveling within the territory to meet with prospects and clients
· Meeting or exceeding defined sales objectives
· Identifying new business opportunities
· Growing sales by maintaining our current client base and expanding with new clients
· Completing all the necessary reporting via the CRM by making notes to existing clients and opportunities as they come up
Pay Structure
Base salary plus commission and bonus. Average compensation approximately $120,000
