Position: Business Development Center Call Representative

Position Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Schedule needed: Tuesday through Saturday from 8:30am - 5:00pm

Can you quickly navigate multiple computer programs (internet browser, excel, outlook, etc...) while having a friendly conversation with a customer on the phone? This is a Full-time position that requires 40 hours per week at a desk working with a computer. You will work closely with other Appointment Coordinators as part of a department that is vital to our success. You must be very computer literate, internet savvy, a quick learner and great at multi-tasking to succeed in this position. Our training process is detailed and comprehensive, so you'll be given the knowledge and support to be successful from day one. Required Experience:
· Be able to type 38 words/minute
· Have experience with Microsoft products
· Have excellent customer service skills
· Have experience working with multi-line phone systems
· Positive attitude, high-energy personality and great people skills are a must.
· Must be able to “smile” over the phone.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Professional appearance and work ethic.
· The ability to pass a full background check.
Preferred candidates may possess the following:
· Any Automotive experience
· Call center experience

- Engage with customers through multi-line phone systems to provide exceptional service and support.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify business development opportunities and strategize effectively.
- Conduct negotiations with clients to foster strong relationships and drive project success.
- Leverage Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting to enhance decision-making processes.
- Demonstrate leadership by guiding team members and ensuring a collaborative work environment.
