Overview
Herzog Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced professional to bridge product ownership and technical project management as a Product Owner & Technical Project Manager in St. Joseph, MO to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities :

- Own the product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and stakeholder alignment.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications alongside engineering teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, development, and QA.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Drive technical decision-making processes and architecture discussions.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Regular and consistent engagement, participation and promotion of Herzog's Culture and its essential behaviors are a requirement for this position.
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are a requirement for this position.
- Other duties as assigned.
