Hessert Chevrolet is the fastest growing New Car Dealership in the Philadelphia Area. We are looking for qualified professionals to join our team. We seek applicants with strong customer service skills and the ability to build and sustain excellent relationships with our customers.
- Manage and ensure team members are handling incoming sales leads in a timely and appropriate manner
- Handle incoming internet leads and sales calls
- Set, maintain, and confirm all sales appointments
- Communicate with customers effectively and in a timely manner
- Excellent customer service, phone and computer skills
- Work closely with Sales manager and sales team on advertising and monthly initiatives
- Monitor and track monthly goals and performance
- Log and maintain all customer communication accurately
