Job Summary: Performs receptionist duties plus variety of administrative tasks in support of the operations function for multiple departments. Greets and directs visitors, answers incoming calls, distributes mail, and schedules meetings.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Front desk coverage:
- Greeting and assisting visitors and contractors to sign in at kiosk
- Managing the phone system by answering and direct calls
- Handling company’s incoming mail
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems
- Performing basic bookkeeping work, e.g. Accounts Payable
- Miscellaneous support to various departments (as requested)
- Receives and logs records, files, or paperwork, verifying completeness and accuracy
- Inputs data, compiles information, and distributes or processes files to completion
- Answers questions, retrieves information, or generates reports for management as needed
- Assist in coordination and implementation of wellness program
- Assist with company event planning
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal, customer service, and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, customers, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Ability to effectively function as a team player
- Ability to work independently and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, & Power Point)
- Ability to work beyond a normal schedule as needed to support off-shift employees
- High School Degree required. Associate Degree in business-related field preferred
- Receptionist/Administrative Support experience a plus
- Must be United States citizen, lawful permanent resident or otherwise eligible to work in the United States.
