Project Coordinator (Video production)

Position Overview:

Hexin Technology Inc. is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator for our video ad production team located in Orlando, FL. The Project Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of video production projects from concept to delivery. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. The Project Coordinator will work closely with producer, directors, editors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Facilitate clear communication among team members to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Make necessary adjustments to align with project requirements and financial constraints.
• Create and maintain production schedules, coordinating pre-production, production, and post-production activities.
• Arrange locations, equipment, and talent, ensuring all logistical elements are in place.
• Identify potential risks and challenges, developing contingency plans to mitigate issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in film, media production, project management, or a related field.
• 1 years of project management experience, in video production is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the video production process, from pre-production to post-production.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing creative teams.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
