About the Role:
The Warehouse Manager will oversee our in-house warehouse operations while managing multiple third-party logistics (3PL) partners. This role requires a proactive leader with expertise in inventory management, WMS systems, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency, enhance supply chain performance, and support our rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, and fulfillment.
- Oversee 3PL relationships, ensuring service levels, cost efficiency, and performance standards are met.
- Implement and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS) and automation solutions.
- Lead and develop a team of warehouse employees, fostering a culture of efficiency and safety.
- Analyze and improve warehouse workflows, identifying cost-saving and process optimization opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order accuracy, shipping speed, and inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline operations.
- Develop strategies for peak season demand and mitigate supply chain disruptions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Five or more years of experience in warehouse management, with exposure to both in-house and 3PL operations.
- Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, and inventory tracking technologies.
- Proven ability to lead teams, optimize workflows, and manage logistics partnerships.
- Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail, or e-commerce fulfillment preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations, warehouse safety, and compliance standards.
- Analytical mindset, with experience using data to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
