What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable position at HHHunt?

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Receive and process all invoices in Yardi and Sage Paperless
- Weekly Multifamily, Richmond Corporate and Hunting Hawk check runs
- Monthly Draw check run
- Set-up new vendors and maintain the vendor master file with Certificates of Insurance, W9’s, and other applicable documentation in Yardi and Timberline as needed
- Maintain a good working relationship with all vendors and internal customers
- Reconcile monthly statements from all vendors
- Ensure all lien releases are stored in Sage Paperless as needed
- Prepare and submit 1099’s annually
- Responsible for reporting and submission of unclaimed property reporting to the applicable states.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry in an accounting department required
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required, experience with Yardi and/or Sage Paperless preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships internally and externally
- Highly organized and detail-oriented

HHHunt is committed to offering competitive pay. The hourly rate for this position starts at $16.63/hr and may increase depending on skills and experience.
