Overview
Opportunity: Recruiting Specialist
HHM Hotels is an industry-leading hotel investment and management firm that provides turn-key management solutions to over 230 hotels across North America, which includes leading brands in the select- and full-service hotel segments as well as a collection of independent and lifestyle hotels. This role is based in our Philadelphia Corporate Office, and will be focused on a portfolio of roughly twenty specific hotels.
Working closely with hotel leaders, this person will lead recruitment efforts for service level positions at hotel properties across multiple U.S. markets. The individual will guide the attraction and selection process leveraging technology and various sourcing efforts. And, they will develop talent acquisition strategies for line level hiring and manage the development, implementation and administration of the hiring and onboarding processes.

Your Focus
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to achieve appropriate sourcing, evaluation and selection of qualified and diverse talent.
- Post jobs, review resumes, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and assist with offer extension and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate with the HHM Hotels corporate Talent Acquisition team to ensure processes are effectively communicated and administered across the set of hotels.
- Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact to potential hire in the recruiting and onboarding process.
- Partner with the corporate Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement a talent pipeline strategy that ensures future talent needs are being met and a continuous flow of candidates is established via relational recruitment tactics, proactive recruiting sourcing, and establishing other hotels as talent targets.
- Process new hires consistent with established the standards and applicable state, federal and local laws and regulations.
- Develop and communicate metrics to track and improve placement timelines.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Your Background and Skills
- Heavy recruiting focus targeting someone with proven success in non-exempt or service level hiring.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2 -4 years previous Human Resources experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Previous experience using an ATS (iCIMS preferred) and leveraging recruitment technologies.

Work Environment and Context
- Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays and weekends.
- Requires some travel to Midwest and East Coast markets for recruitment events.
