We’re hiring an **Entry-Level Operations Manager** to help run the day-to-day operations of our thriving mobile Acai Bowl business. You'll play a key role in helping manage our food truck, coordinate logistics, ensure top-notch quality, and support our amazing team. No prior experience in operations? No problem! What You’ll Do: Operations Support
- Learn the ins and outs of our mobile food operations and assist in making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Help manage inventory and stock levels to ensure we’re always ready to serve our customers.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the mobile unit at different locations.
- Be hands-on, from managing orders to supporting the team in daily tasks (you’ll need to be able to lift 40lbs frequently).
- Collaborate with the team to optimize efficiency and improve operations over time.
Quality & Customer Experience
- Help ensure our Acai Bowls are always fresh, delicious, and up to our high standards.
- Assist in quality control, checking that food safety and hygiene practices are followed.
- Maintain consistent product presentation and help the kitchen staff deliver Instagram-worthy bowls every time.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations and kitchen team, supporting them in reaching daily goals.
- Jump in to help where needed—whether it’s serving customers, managing schedules, or assisting with deliveries.
- Participate in team meetings to share ideas, troubleshoot, and contribute to an awesome work environment.
Logistics Coordination:
- Help manage the daily schedule of the food truck, including locations and customer orders.
- Assist with coordinating delivery of ingredients and supplies so we never run low.
- Support our relationships with vendors and suppliers to keep things running smoothly.
