Office Administrator
HIGH COUNTRY AUTO CENTER is a Richfield, UT-based company that provides a wide range of business and technical services to small to medium-sized businesses. We are looking for an Office Administrator to provide administrative and clerical services. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and practical matters (books, supplies, etc.)
- Organize office layout and design office operations
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office administrator or office administrator
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. printers, fax machines)
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
