High Country Home Center (High Country Appliances/High Country Cellular) are looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper. We are going through many changes over the next few months and are excited to grow our team!

- This is not a remote position and you must work onsite in Granby, Colorado
Responsibilities
- Categorize transactions in QuickBooks on a weekly basis the
- Process weekly payroll
- Process Monthly/Quarterlies for all businesses
- Weekly Reports
- Filing
- Cash Transaction Reconciliations
- Working with Remote Bookkeepers/Accountants regarding information they need to keep books updates. This could be scanning documents in, researching transactions, etc.
- Following up on letters, getting documentation together.
- Organizing Credit Card Receipts, ensuring all items purchased as received.
- Entering payments, writing checks, entering credit card transactions into QuickBooks.
- Year End Tax Forms
Qualifications
- Bookkeeping Experience - 2 years
- Proficient with a minimum of 2 years experience working with QuickBooks
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Microsoft Office Suite Experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Work availability during normal business hours
- Ability to work with multiple clients and transition between them.
