KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Prior Leadership Experience
- Mastery of GAAP accounting in a construction environment using the percentage completion method for revenue recognition is preferred.
- Experience with advanced ERP accounting software, Viewpoint Spectrum experience highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail required.
- A high degree of initiative and flexibility is required to accommodate deadlines successfully
- Ability to maintain data integrity and accuracy and use data to identify and solve problems.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- A degree in accounting required
- Minimum 6-8 years experience in accounting roles with experience in managing staff.
- Proficient Excel skills are strongly preferred
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
