A small but growing Oil and Gas servicing company in Greeley is searching for a roll-up-the-sleeves Controller. This opportunity allows you to contribute and oversee all areas of finance and accounting and directly develop your team. This position is perfect for a construction or mining adjacent industry Senior Accounting Manager to take the next step in their career.

• Compensation between 160-190K plus 10% bonus.

Here is what you will do:

Under the owner's and GM's direction, this controller is responsible for managing the general ledger's timely and accurate close and transactional accounting analysis. Areas of emphasis include but are not limited to fixed assets, inventory, cost accounting, account reconciliations, and group consolidation eliminations. This position will develop and manage process improvement and increase the automation of the financial processes.

Here is what we need:

Education/Experience

• Minimum 8 years experience in accounting/finance (required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Supervisory experience Experience preferred
• Sage Intact Software experience ideal

Must haves:

• Inventory, cost, and project accounting
• Financial reporting experience, including forecasting, completing budgets, and variance analysis
