Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be proficient in office management, and have a keen eye for detail. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily office functions, supporting staff, and facilitating communication within the organization.

Duties

  • Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
  • Take payments and enter contracts into the system.
  • Answer phones and greet customers.
  • Manage office supplies and vendor relationships to maintain efficient operations.
  • Coordinate calendar management for team members, scheduling meetings and appointments as necessary.
  • Utilize SAGE payroll systems for financial tracking and budgeting purposes.
  • Develop organizational spreadsheets to streamline office processes and improve productivity.
  • Facilitate training development sessions for staff to enhance skills and knowledge within the team.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to ensure clarity in all operations.

Skills

  • Proven experience in front desk operations and office management.
  • Strong calendar management capabilities to efficiently schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Proficiency in SAGE payroll systems or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated vendor management experience to maintain productive relationships with suppliers.
  • Strong budgeting skills to assist in financial planning and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with office staff and the families we serve.
  • Ability to develop training programs that support employee growth and development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
