POSITION PURPOSE
High Plains Farm Credit is currently recruiting a Vice President - Treasurer to support the SVP - Chief Strategy Officer in leading and administering liquidity management, daily funding, and loan pricing for the Association. The Vice President - Treasurer will contribute to the overall Asset Liability Management strategies for High Plains Farm Credit and serve as a member of the Asset-Liability Committee.
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Develop and implement funding strategies to drive growth, enhance competitiveness, and optimize business performance.
- Identify and evaluate market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
- Manage the daily transfer pricing process.
- Lead management of the Association's debt portfolio, including liquidity risk management, and performance, and risk reporting.
- Oversee and manage a risk-based pricing tool.
- Develop and maintain Treasury policies and procedures.
- Provide input on strategic planning and stress testing scenarios.
- Provide leadership and knowledge around fixed income markets, capital markets, and interest rate risk.
