Maintenance Technician : Assists with preventative and general maintenance of the facility, including the building, equipment and grounds.
About the Role :
We are seeking an entry level Maintenance Technician to join our team at High Point Residence Tinley Park. As a Maintenance Technician, you will assist with to ensure proper functioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in our community. There will be a heavy focus on floor care, garbage, and building presentation with this position.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
