POSITION: Attendance Assistant (JHHS) 40 hours Grade 3 Effective: August 11, 2022
ASSIGNMENT: 10 Month, 193 Days
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: This is specialized clerical work involving data entry, tabulation and maintenance of daily student attendance records as well as performing a variety of duties for the Dean. There is extensive contact with students, staff and parents, which requires the ability to deal with people in a courteous and tactful manner. There is daily contact with the public. While working within clearly established systems and procedures, an employee in this position is expected to maintain confidentiality, have a general knowledge of school operations and exercise some independence in performance of routine matters.
