This position will be responsible for a variety of professional-level Human Resources and administrative functions that may include but not limited to compensation and benefits administration, recruiting, employee relations, preparing and updating job descriptions, training and development, policy development and administration, compliance, developing itineraries, planning out business travel, preparing payroll, preparing A/P documentation, etc. They will also analyze benefit plans and make recommendations for benefit plan changes, and they will be responsible for reporting departmental issues to the Business Unit Manager.

Responsibilities:
Maintains and administers company compensation and benefits plans. Maintains job descriptions, coordinates performance review process, coordinates pay increase implementation and coordinates benefits enrollment. Answers employee questions regarding compensation and benefits. Ensures compliance of company compensation and benefit plans.
· Manages employment functions such as job postings, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, administering employment testing, making job offers to candidates and providing new employee orientations.
· Coordinates and facilitates open enrollment sessions to ensure employees understand benefit options. Coordinates vendor training and information sessions as needed. Develops ongoing benefits-related communications and training. Assists employees with completion of open enrollment forms.
· Meets with employees and handles employee relations issues. Escalates complex employee relations issues.
· Assists with identification of training/development needs, develops, and implements training programs.
· Maintains and updates employee handbook. Ensures employee compliance with human resource policies and procedures.
· Maintain and produce various census, compensation and organizational reports as needed.
· Distributes policy update information and statements as appropriate.
· Prepares invoices, reports, memos, letters, monthly financial statements, and other documents
· Manage purchase orders and supplies
· May perform various administrative duties as needed.
· Performs all other related duties as assigned by the Business Unit Manager/CEO.
Qualifications:
· An Associates degree with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. In the absence of a Associates degree, Minimum of 5-7 years progressive Administrative and Application support experience or a combination of education and experience to fit the job duties.
· Preferred strong work experience supporting Mid-Level and C-Level Executives.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe, and social media platforms.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and customers.
