Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing customer relationships, processing orders, and supporting sales initiatives that drive HSL’s mission of protecting critical information.
Key Responsibilities
- Quotation & Order Management: Respond to requests for quotes (RFQs), process customer purchase orders (POs), and ensure accuracy in related documentation.
- Customer & Channel Support: Address customer inquiries, provide order updates, coordinate channel training, and ensure satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Logistics, and Product teams to optimize pricing and delivery processes.
- Marketing & Events: Assist with exhibitions, webinars, marketing campaigns, and event logistics to support partner enablement activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field OR equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in inside sales, order management, or customer support roles.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for tracking quotes and purchase orders.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with ERP systems for order entry and inventory management.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or tech hardware distribution.
- Exposure to marketing events or channel partner activities.
