Senior Administrative Associate - Finance

Higher Talents is seeking an Administrative Associate to join the Finance department at a municipal organization in the Indianapolis area. This position is perfect for individuals looking to support finance operations and contribute to organizational efficiency. The Administrative Associate will manage various administrative tasks and assist the finance team in maintaining accurate and timely financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the finance department, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and preparing financial documents.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders related to finance matters.
• Process invoices, expense reimbursements, and manage financial transactions.
• Utilize financial software to input and track financial data.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management as needed.
• Perform other related administrative tasks as assigned.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday.

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

• 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a finance or accounting environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with financial software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
