What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Manager Finance Operations position at QLM Search?
QLM Search are partnering a specialist Beverage manufacturer who are experiencing a very exciting period of growth, with the hire of this newly created position. Reporting to the BU CFO with a dotted line to the on site GM, this position will be integral in shaping and mange financial operations across for HQ and 1 other US facility. Managing a small team this position takes responsibility for:
-Manage all accounting and finance requires across operations and costing for 2 locations
-Drive improvements to budgeting, reporting, forecasting, cost analysis
-Review and redesign of KPI’S for the manufacturing leadership covering variance, profitability and act as a business partner for improvements
The preferred candidate would ideally be someone who has worked in Finance and accounting for 8 years, who has worked in a manufacturing environment (ideally food and beverage but can be flexible) who has strong links to cost accounting/manufacturing finance experience who can manage a small team. This is a very exciting time of growth in this business, and this division and future development of their Finance leadership is high on their agenda.
