Here's what you'll do day-to-day:
- Provide clients with consultation, tactical support, and Human Resource content regarding matters typically assigned to an in-house Human Resource function.
- Manage, develop, and deliver Human Resource projects such as employee handbooks, performance review systems, job descriptions, personnel file audits, HR documents such as offer letters, termination letters, performance improvement plans, and other content as needed.
- Advise clients on federal and state laws; researching and interpreting guidance from agencies such as EEOC, OSHA, U.S. DOL
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to recruit new client prospects and participate in the discovery process with prospective clients
- Assist clients in design and technical support of client Time and Attendance, Time Off policy and procedures.
- Build client benefit open enrollment plan designs in the iSolved HCM system
We are looking for:
- 4 years of broad-based professional experience with at least 3-5 years in HRIS system experience.
- Experience in client-facing work and working with senior level management.
- Position requires a physical presence in Baton Rouge, LA.
- Must be able to listen and converse with clients on the phone, via email, and in-person with warmth, empathy, and patience.
- Must be able to think on your feet and be resourceful, tracking down information when necessary and adapting to/researching changing laws and regulations.
- You are hungry to learn, humble enough to listen, and forming deep relationships is one of your greatest strengths.
